How to Set Up Eudora 5.x
Open Eudora.
From the Tools menu, choose
Options
.
Select Getting Started in the
Category list.
Delete the contents of the Real
name field, and type your name.
Delete the contents of the Return
address field, and type your entire email address
(e.g., johndoe@yourdomain.com).
Delete the contents of the Mail
Server (Incoming) field, and type mail.yourdomain.com.
Delete the contents of the Login
Name field, and type your entire email
address (e.g., johndoe@yourdomain.com).
Delete the contents of the SMTP
Server (Outgoing) field, and type mail.yourdomain.com
Check the box next to Allow Authentication.
Click the OK button.
Note:
When you first send an email, a window asking for your
user name and password will appear. Type your email address
and password, then click OK to continue.
